A Number of People Have Been Treated For Injuries After Two Buses Collided

A number of people have been treated for injuries after two buses collided, and one hit a theatre in south London, the Met Police has confirmed. 


Just after 8 a.m, Emergency services were summoned to Newington Causeway in South London after two buses collided, one of which crashed into the front of Southwark Playhouse. The Metropolitan Police stated that numerous people were treated for injuries on the spot. According to the London Ambulance Service, six people have been rushed to the hospital; their conditions have yet to be confirmed. The London Fire Brigade also responded to the incident and the road remains closed in both directions as investigations continue. No arrests have been made thus far.
