Iranian Football Delegation Members Were Granted Asylum in Australia, But One of Them Changes Her Mind

On 9th March, five members of the Iranian women’s football team were granted humanitarian visas in Australia following their exit in the Asian Cup. However, since then, one member, who had previously accepted an offer to remain in the country, has changed her mind.


In making this decision, the Iranian embassy was contacted for

her collection. Meanwhile, the remaining members left Australia the subsequent day.
