Evangelos Marinakis, owner of Nottingham Forest FC, has received a five-game stadium ban

for ‘improper conduct’ according to regulatory commission report.

At the Forest vs Fulham City game Marinakis spat on the ground after a penalty was awarded to Fulham, resulting in a 1-0 loss for Forest.

This has been regarded as a “disgusting display of contempt towards the match officials".

Despite attempts at appeal from Marinakis, the Forest owner has received a five-match ban for his behavior.
