For 15 years, Powerleague Watford has offered 5 and 7-a-side football pitches for public use, subject to booking. Now in 2026, they have unveiled an 11-a-side pitch that is ready for use and can also be used as two 9-a-side pitches. Given that 22 people are required to play in an 11-a-side match, does it benefit the footballing community when it comes to the social aspect of the game?
