Public transport delays are a daily obstacle that hinders London commuters. Now, some suggest that these delays are negatively affecting their daily routines and stress levels. This is especially prevelent during peak travel hours where passengers are beginning to report excessive cancellations as well as unclear communication from TFL regarding these concerns. Transport authorities have addressed this lack of transparency by claiming that infrastructure upgrades and staffing shortages are contributing to distruption to London Underground travel. However, some commuters say that they'd rather immediate reliability than the promise of a better future for public transport.
