Independent cafés warn they are under growing financial pressure as energy bills, rent, and supplier costs continue to rise.Many small business owners say they have been forced to increase prices in order to survive, despite concerns about losing regular customers. While some customers say they understand the reasons behind higher prices, others admit it is affecting how often they visit. Our reporter visited a local café to find out how businesses and customers are responding to these economic challenges.
