Just days after storm Bert, storm Conall has arrived. The Met Office predicts 50mm of rain in South England and Wales on Wednesday. Flooding has led to train disruptions across the region, including Thameslink, Southern, Gatwick Express, South Western and Great Northern. Trains are either severely delayed or cancelled. Thameslink has advised people to not travel in and out of London until the afternoon.
