When it comes to enacting change within an organisation as large and formal as a university, there is little an individual student may be able to achieve on their own, hence the existence of student unions. With our very own 2026/2027 MDSXSU elections just around the corner, this is what some of the current students had to say about their level of interest in engaging in the vote and corresponding reasons why.
